  • When prompted to download the latest software onto a USB stick, click Confirm and select I already have it.
  • Copy the 12-digit code from your TV and enter it into the Roku website.
  • After that, click the Next button.
  • Copy the 6-digit confirmation code and use your remote to enter it on your Roku TV.
  • The software upgrade will now begin.
  • When you're done, your TV will resume.
  • Take out the USB device.
